Early bird registration effective until Feb. 15. After that date, rates increase to $495 for members and $595 for non-members. Exhibitors must first register as an attendee before selecting a exhibitor option in sponsorship registration.

Registration for the TDANA Outing the afternoon of May 14 1 pm at Harborside Golf Club Chicago. Registration includes 18-hole play, practice time, and end-of-play dinner. Course information to be provided in January, 2025.

Member Registration ($495)

Member Registration includes meeting registration for one person whose company is a registered Railroad, Transload or Associate member of the TDANA. To identify if your company is a member, please see the Membership Directory page and search your company name. Meeting registration includes entry to all receptions, exhibits, breakfasts, lunch and meeting program.

Nonmember Registration ($595)

Nonmember Registration includes meeting registration for one person whose company is NOT a registered Railroad, Transload or Associate member of the TDANA. To identify if your company is a member, please see the Membership Directory page and search your company name. Meeting registration includes entry to all receptions, exhibits, breakfasts, lunch and meeting program.

Exhibitor Registration ($750)

Exhibitor Registration includes one 6′ skirted table and carpeting in a 10′ space. Arrangements for electricity and special A/V needs are to be coordinated directly with the hotel and paid by exhibitor. Exhibitors are promoted in pre-meeting eblast promotions, in on-site signage and in the meeting program. Meeting registration includes entry to all receptions, exhibits, breakfasts, lunch and meeting program. Additional registration for a company member @$495 is required.
